Moving

Once all the work of finding a home has been done its time to start planning your move. The best time to start this is soon after you and the seller have signed an Agreement of Purchase and Sale and all conditions have been removed. At this point the deal is firm and you have a set date to move in.

So much seems to happen in a short period of time between when you were viewing properties, negotiating the deal and closing. To help make the moving process run as smoothly as possible, it's important to plan and get organized ahead of time.
